Easy Crock Pot Pepper Steak

Easy Crock Pot Pepper Steak
Super simple… super tasty… a Fletcher Fav! (as featured on the Tuesday Night with Neworld show)
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless beef round steak, cut into bite size pieces
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 large can of stewed tomatoes undrained
- 1/3 c tomato paste
- 1 tsp Italian Seasonings
- 1 tsp bottled hot pepper sauce
- 2-3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
- Hot cooked whole wheat pasta or rice
Method:
- Rub meat with S&P. Place meat in crock
- Combine undrained tomatoes, paste, seasonings, and hot pepper sauce. Pour over meat in cooker. Top with frozen vegetables.
- Cook on low for 10hrs or high for 5-6hrs! Serve over rice or pasta!
4-6 servings

Self-confidence is the difference between feeling unstoppable and feeling scared out of your wits. Your perception of yourself has an enormous impact on how others perceive you.
You must begin at the beginning and learn to be comfortable with yourself and who you are.
Recognize Your Insecurities
- What does that little voice in the back of your mind say?
- What makes you uncomfortable or ashamed of yourself? (past mistakes, regrets, or negative experiences)
- Discover whatever is making you feel unworthy, ashamed, or inferior.
- Identify it and write it down! Some studies suggest that you tear up the written papers in order to start new!
