Load Neworld Web

Hello and welcome to Neworld Web…

the Neworld Coaching Webinar Communication System.

In order to enjoy all of the features of Neworld Web, and receive a recording of the session, your MUST first follow these…

“Load Neworld Web” instructions (you only need to do this ONCE)

  • Please open Internet Explorer (even if this is not your default…you must Load Neworld Web by using Internet Explorer)
  • Copy and paste the URL below into the browser (the white bar at the top of the page)

  • A screen that says “Neworld Web Log in to Live Manager” will appear.  Click the “Join Meeting” tab on the left.
  • A screen that says “Install Microsoft” will appear.  Scroll down that screen until you come to the “Accept Install & Join” tab.  Click that tab.
  • Click “yes” if a security alert appears.  Click “Run” when the file download screen appears.  Click “Run” again if it asks you to.
  • Wait while Neworld Web sets up on your computer.  This will just take 1 minute.
  • A page will appear that asks for your Meeting ID… you can now close Neworld Web (bookmark it please!) and follow the instructions at the bottom of this page (or in the email that you have received) before attending your scheduled meeting.  You will not have to go through this process again.

That’s it!  You are now able to attend Neworld Web events and enjoy the system to the fullest!  Thank you for your patience.

Logging in for the first time:

Approximately 30 minutes before the event is set to begin, the room will be opened and you can log in at any time.

  • Please open Internet Explorer and go to your Neworld Web bookmarked page.
  • Click the “Join Meeting” tab on the left (do not enter anything in the user login or password fields that appear in the middle of your screen!)
  • Meeting ID: ???? (this has been given to you in the original email you received)
  • Entry Code: leave this area blank
  • Click “Join”
  • Please enter your first and last name in the space provided.

Your Neworld Web room will now open and your event will start as scheduled.
