It is a New Year… and with that comes “new” goals for our company, “new” shows to enjoy on Neworld Web, “new” products to enhance the success of small businesses all over the world… and some exciting personal “News” to share!
I’ll begin with the personal bit first, and then we can get on with the business end of things.
On New Year’s Eve (Just a few days ago) Dawn and I were married in Niagara Falls Canada. We stole away with our dearest friends and secretly tied the knot. Every couple has a “story”, and without typing out the long version here… I will simply say that our friends introduced us on NY Eve many Years ago, and we were thrilled to take them away with us to share our special day! Although some of our friends and family were a bit disappointed that we did not share the occasion with everyone, we had a truly amazing trip and we wouldn’t have had it any other way! Now back to business…
2012 will see a different direction for Neworld. Dawn and I have analyzed our successes and failures since opening the company in Ontario in March of 2006 (almost 6 years now). More importantly we have been determined exactly what we love the most about Neworld as well as admitting to ourselves exactly what we do not like about what we do.
Virtually ALL business owners want to do better… whatever that means to them. Far too many entrepreneurs however, are neither prepared nor motivated enough to actually do the steps necessary to reach their goals. Dawn and I are dedicated to personally Coaching ONLY those individually who are extremely motivated and “fully prepared” to buckle down, get to work and pull the trigger on their dreams! A decision we have not taken lightly. We have done a bit of a clean out and released some clients in order to make room for the enthusiastic people that will also keep us revved and motivated. What an amazing position to be in!
Where accountability and action are lacking in the current entrepreneurial hemisphere… enlightenment and education (sometimes to a fault) are all the rage! This does not mean that people have given up on trying to grow their companies. Quite the opposite actually. In fact many more people are choosing to read, attend seminars or webinars and investigate all the avenues available before choosing their business growth strategies. People are being careful… VERY CAREFUL… and with today’s economy it is very logical that it has come to this. Most people do not want to be held accountable and told what to do next. It is their decision and they want to make it!!!
It is because of this new trend that Neworld will continue to offer a variety of “No Cost” webinars that are geared towards the current issues and strategies to grow YOUR company! Every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 8pm (EST) we invite everyone to attend the “Live” webinar taping of our shows! That is the beauty of Neworld Web Club. Join for free and then enjoy the “Live” webinars as well as the recordings whenever the urge hits you to learn! The videos in the Neworld Web Library have been viewed thousands of times already! We also have plans of offering at least one new “Low Cost“ multi-part webinar series too!
This new decision will give us the time to do more of the things that we truly enjoy. I have had much success in the stock market in 2011 and Dawn is thrilled with the online products she is able to create and market with our new WordPress website combined with Neworld Web Connect. It has always been our mandate that we do only what we truly enjoy and in 2012 I am so proud to say that we are truly “living it“! Our plan is to have many more NEW products available on the site which will be in perfect alignment with the education factor mentioned above!
On that note… 2012 is sure to be the greatest year ever! I have married the Best Woman on Earth, chosen to work ONLY on what I truly love and I have found an answer to filling the current entrepreneurial need. We are even preparing our Neworld Web system to have it available for lease or rent to business owners who also want to fill this need and would like to use our platform to do it! Yes… you read that properly… We will soon be renting our system to people who want to do their own teachings in an online atmosphere!
