Shrimp on a Pineapple!

This is a quick and simple addition to ANY party!

  • Pineapple
  • Frozen Cooked Shrimp
  • Shrimp Sauce
  • Lemon
  • Frilly Pix
  • Mirror or fancy serving platter

This is one of my simplest and most frequently used party idea.  I bring this with me all year round to all sorts of parties.

  • Simply thaw shrimp in cold water for 30 min.
  • Cut base of pineapple on an angle in order for it to sit on a “tilt” securely.
  • Using the Frilly Pix, jab ech shrimp from tail through body and affix to pineapple in rows.  Fill the pineapple entirely!
  • Cut lemon in wedges for people to “enjoy a squeeze” if they like
  • Place pineapple on a mirror or other platter and include a dish of sauce and lemons as displayed in picture above!

~Yummy!

~People will think this took hours to prepare when it actually takes about 15 minutes (after the shrimp thaws)
